The Masterplan for Ten NorthMaine consists of ten homes. It will be a quiet, unique and sustainable place to live in Castlemaine.


Each allotment is located within walking distance to all the town has to offer. With customised designs, each home will be nestled into the surroundings. And have its own unique features.

Stage two will offer the sale of Lot 5, Lot 6, Lot 9, and Lot 10 a of the development.

There are only a limited number of allotments available in Stage 2, which we expect these will sell quickly. So please register your interest as soon as possible. You can contact us if you would like information on design and pricing for Stage 2. Or information on Stage 3. 

Eco Sustainable Homes will be designing and building each allotment at Ten NorthMaine. They adopt a holistic design approach. Which takes into account core principals of sustainable and functional design. All homes will also be tailored to the unique characteristics of each site.

How soon can construction start after I purchase a house and land package in Stage 2?

Ten NorthMaine is in a residential area with no overlays. As such the council does not require any town planning approval of our pre-designed homes. So when you’re ready to build, the project will go into Eco Sustainable Homes build schedule and construction can begin.

Accessed from Farnsworth St. and surrounded by greenery from large established trees along the road, Lot 5 is 550m2. View House & Land Package.

This is the largest site in the development, at 627m2. Like all of the lots on Bowden St. a historic landmark, the Old Castlemaine Gaol (currently being developed into an art precinct), will always be part of the view from this home.

Lot 2, 11 Edward St – SOLD

With quiet Edward St frontage and excellent northerly aspect, Lot 2 comes in at 458m2. Edward St is a peaceful residential street with large established trees to the north, offering excellent leafy views.

Lot 3, 67 Bowden St – SOLD

Being the only battle axe block in the entire development, Lot 3 is unique. All other sites have frontage onto either Farnsworth Street, Edward Street or Bowden Street. The design for this site is complete (view floor plan or view 3D renders). Construction has been completed and the home is available for viewing by appointment.
